Not so great as I thought that I would get a better view seat but not.... Too much distractions and obstructions that I need to satisfy my seat. No captioned on tv. The food was meh....so bland. Drinks was pretty fine for us but the overall it was ok ok. I was little bit disappointed after the party.

We had a nice time with our friends, some complimentary restaurants and specialty. Definitely not the buffet "cafeteria" dining. Aside from the dramas, we just stayed away from it. We couldn't get into the hot tub at all due to other groups staying in too long, thinking they own it. Even the pool, do we just went to infinity pool instead Disappointed that we didn't get to see any deaf shows except one due to 'sold out". Didn't we pay extras for the cruise for shows?? If so, and alot of us didn't get to see it. It isn't fair. VIP superbowl event was disappointing, we were told we will get the refund. Still waiting to hear how we will get it back. I know heart cruise and KandD did their best, just planning could be smoother. Need to do better with very large group. Very impressed with NCL staffs knowing some signs to communicate with us. Thanks to interpreters for their hard work for putting up with those. I have respect for them as well as hearings on the ship. I just hope they don't think we are all alike as in stereotype. We still had fun on our own. Thanks for making the trip for us and hope the improvement will happen in the future. Thanks!

I had a great time, met some inspiring people, fascinating experiences, nice server/waitress, beautiful cruise inside and out. Participated in several games which involved supporting audience splendid , looking forward to my next cruises. Much love🥰

Honestly, it was not impressive because we didn't get the chance to see the commercials nor the half-time performance show as I was expecting to see Bad Bunny performing. Also, the food was good but it could have been better as I prefer to have variety selections of meat, not just hot dogs. Just too much junk. Vegetables should have been provided. Some people couldn't eat hot dogs. Burgers or bratwursts could be provided as well. The cheese sauce was just too much! The only positive thing was the free drinks! That's why I provided 2-star rate.

I had an experience around. I feel worth a lot. I love to met old n new friends.
